I will be attending the two day M-School next week. My wife got it for me as a wedding gift. The price was around $3,000 with our BMWCCA discount. Will post up pics once I get back!

and sometimes you can get special cca members only weekends. CCA is worth it just for Roundel, never mind that you get 500-1000 off for buying a car + tons of other perks |

I agree, one day will do just fine. Some time back I did stay one day prior and one day after just to watch with the one day on the track and it worked out just fine for me.

We should have a sticky thread to see who's going on what dates. It'd be nice to meet some of the members on this board.

I've done the Porsche Driving Experience and it was a blast. I'm sure the M school is a lot of fun too.
However, I really think that you learn more at a local "Driver's Skill Day" combined with a local "Driver's Education Day" and the cost would be around 200 bucks. At a skills day, you do auto-cross, threshold braking, emergency turning, skid pad, etc. At a education day, it's a day at the track learning about braking lanes, late apex turning, etc. |

I fully agree - M School is very cool and you get more dedicated classroom instruction but BMW CCA HPDE's (usually $350-400 a weekend) give you a lot of "seat time" and personal instruction which translates into learned skills. I thank several awesome Instructors who have been "trying" to train me.
