Hey Guys,
We were ok'ed with the GB. I am thinking since we have people in Toronto/London/Windsor.. We would pick one designate from each city and then ship them to that person. Then when that person receives the radar detectors everyone meets with that person for pickup. (to save on ship/brokerage) Also, if this is the case.. People in Toronto would get the detectors cheaper than London/Windsor since there would be more going there for shipment savings. Do you guys want that, or should we all chip in an equal amount for shipping. I do not believe the radars will be more than $420-425 after shipping for Beltronics STi (400 before, since we are in Canada). If you want to order as early as this weekend we can do that.. I just need names/addresses/quantities/payment and we will be set to go. Just gotta work out the distribution, which I am hoping will be fairly simple.

You may want to go with the Escort Redline. It is also undetectable by Spectre and uses the same mechanism as the Sti-Driver but is MORE sensitive and picks up K-band better.

I'd definitely be interested in this group buy as well and I have a friend who will also be in. But I definitely think that the RD alone won't be enough. I commute from Toronto to Kingston often and on the 401 the OPP uses laser all time. So a laser jammer is as important as a RD. According to kmph, the laser park pro is actually a laser jammer in disguise as it is marketed as a "front park sensor" so it is technically legal, so it should work well side by side with the Bel STi
