Had the Remus race cat-back (no x-pipe) a few years ago. It drone'd like a MOFO between 2700 and 3200 rpm. Yanked it off within weeks. Remus sport on the other hand had zero drone.

There is zero HP gain from the Remus cat backs...it's why I pulled mine off in the end. Infact there is very minimal gain with any cat back. You buy it for the sound, any hp gains are marketing fluff.
Bob MG is probably right, after the Remus race anything including the sport sounds fine. I went back to stock in the end if that tells you anything. |
