We are excited to announce the release of VF Engineering's VF620 Supercharger system for the e9x M3 platform. This thread will serve as an ongoing platform for information pertaining to VF Supercharging content and the e9X M3/S65 Powerplant, consolidated into a single thread.



Introduction
VF Engineering chose to supercharge the BMW E92 M3 to add to already superior throttle response and give wild mid-to-top end power (sport mode) with the centrifugal Vortech V3Si supercharger. Maintaining the original BMW quality, smoothness and reliability were the key factors in the VF design. This is where the VF software comes into full play. VF has harnessed the reliability of Vortech superchargers and quality of VF custom software with their 10 years of supercharging experience and worldwide OEM supply contacts to create the ultimate supercharger system for the ultimate driver's car.



The VF620 Supercharger kits retain street-like characteristics, instantly transforming your M3 into a track beast under full acceleration.

- Vortech V3Si Compressor, in exclusive VFE Black finish
- 6.0-7.0psi manifold boost pressure
- 91/93 Octane compatible, no Secondary Methonal System required
- Textured cast-aluminum intake manifold with aftercooler cartridge preparation
- High flow Greddy Type R overrun bypass valve system
- CAD designed cassette-style slide aftercooler cartridge
- OEM front-mounted water-to-air intercooler
- Dedicated Recirculation System with High Flow Electric Pump and OEM-type reservoir
- CNC Machined T6061 supercharger Bracket, T3 anodized for strength and durability
- VFE Custom MSS60 DME Software, with removed Speed Limiter

And the problem is what exactly?? The v3si can flow 700+hp and is only 50CFM off the race spec T trim units, seems like a GREAT thing to me...

They have some of the most problematic units in the industry, they make terrible noise and their customer service is spotty at best. I have both first and second hand experience with them.

Thanks! It's been a long road, but we've been very happy with the performance the VF kits are delivering.

Sounds like a solid kit with nice numbers! Although not very aesthetically pleasing. Hopefully someone will do a nice custom paint scheme to liven it up.

Congrats on the release fella's , this kit puts down 520ish and it trapped 129mph ?
Meanwhile Akashes AA catless setup with Meth put down 540ish and trapped 127mph.... something doesn't add up .... maybe wheels and tire set up along with Brake Mod i mean they both are DCT equal boosted spec'd cars ....
Not to mention a ESS vt1 catless that puts down around 500whp trapped 125 the same day AA car trapped 127

was the Vf equipped car that that hit 10.6 lightened in any way ?
