I've finally decided to sell the car since it's not really driven much anymore. Anyways here's the info

2011.2 E90 M3
Fully loaded excluding cold weather package
2nd owner
53.2k miles
White on black
VIN WBSPM9C54BE203602

Recalls:
Positive battery cable
airbag

Modifications
Euro coding (starts in auto, quicker/smoother shifts)
Lux Angel eyes
Akrapovik cat back exhaust

The bad:
2 nicks on the car, that can be seen in the photos. One of the knicks is on the hood, the other is on rear driver side door. rear tire will need to be replaced soon.

I've got all the service records up until about 2 years ago since the car basically wasn't driven much since then and there was no service needed other than the annual oil change. Car is in great mechanical and cosmetic shape. Nothing needs to be done other than what's mentioned just above. Last oil change was around January 2018, around 3k miles ago.
