Waiting for development to conclude on turbocharging. May consider it or SC in future for sure! Driven SC and was very impressed by linear increase in power and how driveable the car was. The caracter of the motor was still very apparent. Loved it!

Of course I am Dave, it's a car forum
A place to hypothesize about the insignificant intricacies of our cars and beat them to death - I think this process makes up about half the posts on this forum. My curiosity still remains however as to the possible impact of OD variance from factory ZCP tires to factory GTS sizing and the resulting impacts on the DSC. Having said that, it does not make me shy away from running the GTS sizing. Just exploring the "what ifs" and seeking others to beat the steed - |

The only 275 size for RE-11s is 275/30 which is 1) pretty short and 2) unlikely to rub even with a big drop.

Wow, see these tires in the rear look like they were made for the width of the rim. The side wall is flush with the tire, that's the way my 328 tires were. The fronts you can see a bit of rounding, but it's not as bad as the OEM tires which even when I saw it at the dealer was like WTF is wrong with those tires, they buldge so much. I don't know why the M3 isn't 255/280 stock. What sucks is that the 285/30 does not have Michilin Pilot Super Sport pair in those sizes. They only have 285/35 which is too big. But the 275/35 is available. Damn. I really want those fatty tires.

E92 M3 ZCP I have a set of 18" Apex PS7's that match the OEM ZCP rim WIDTHs (9" fr, 10" rear staggered rim widths) with RE71R 275/35/18 square. Fronts are rubbing slights on the struts under very heavy cornering loads. Will be adding 5mm spacers and this will definitely provide sufficient clearance. Rears clear without spacers. I am also running the Pzero OEM sizes on the ZCP 19" wheels and will be changing those out to Pzero 275 fr and 295/30/19 rear. HOWEVER - There are many versions of the Pzero 295/30/19 on Tire Rack. 295/30ZR19 100Y XL Sect 11.6", Tread 11.5" R01 Audi 295/30ZR19 100Y XL Sect 11.6", Tread NA (does anyone know the tread width?) i.e. Will these fit without rubbing? N2 Porsche 295/30ZR19 100Y XL Sect 11.9", Tread 11.7" (Assume this is the tire you refer to in the above post as viable on ZCP rim) 295/30ZR19 100Y XL Sect 11.9", Tread 12.5" (Assume that these will rub) Anyone know how this tire is so much more tread on the ground? BMW 295/35ZR19 104Y XL Sect NA, Tread 9.9" Due to the reduction in tread wouldn't want these anyway but assume these are too tall AND also may rub Any advice is greatly appreciated.
