a little disappointed with j-l motoring ACS style rear diffuser

fitment was definitely not 100%, as promised. it took a lot of work of pushing and taping to get it to even looked somewhat seated. it's definitely not flush at all the junctions, but eh, it's not like i ever looked that closely at my rs4's diffuser. i'll post pics later.

Had the same issue with my VRS Type 1 style diffuser from jl-Motoring. There's a big gap in the middle since I can't force it to sit flush.

Lay a bead of black silicone sealant between the diffuser and the bumper, and you'll be very happy. A little patience, and a steady hand evening out the bead, is all that is required for a professional finish.

Does any one know if their CF CSL Trunk work fine? The pics that they provide seems like a easy go, just plug and play. Is it true? Thank you~

Even the VRS CSL trunk is a pain. I have it sitting in my basment for 3 weeks and will need to file down the holes for the license plate holding nuts & the opening for the tailights and a few other areas so the locks and pieces can be installed. The alternative is to have a body shop do it but it's otherwise easy to swap except for the exact fitment of the fixtures.

So my buddy's just installed on JL trunk on his friend's car. I have been told that the fitment isnt perfect, even the Vorsteiner trunk. The licence place light, key hole and etc will all need some major mod, but the trunk does fit right on. For the Vorsteiner one, it also requires a minor mod on it too.

PS. I am still hoping someone can give me more details and pics to show, thanks
