Remove swirls on carbon fiber roof?

There's noticeable sword on the roof from a previous owner. How do I remove then and restore the carbon fiber roof? I have a small orbital I could use

Well I'm no professional but I'll give my 2 cents. I recently did my roof using my Porter Cable DA. First I washed, then used a clay pad, used a very light Meguire's compound with a very soft pad and little pressure, and of course a sealed and protected afterwards. It was actually very easy to remove the swirls and water spots compared to my old Z4 with rock hard paint.
