If I didn't mind paying the extra $5k,my choice would've been Titanium Silver/Black interior.

I don't get this thread at ALL. When the LSB E46 came out, everybody was joking that it was papa smurf's car. I hated the color. Not sure why it is all of a sudden in style. I guess it is more about scarcity than color. Don't know. Maybe I do not have an eye for color but I don't think like it.

To each his own I guess. If I was going to go for something radical, I would have gotten Phoenix Yellow or something else in the red/orange category.

I thought I'd share some of my experiences since getting the car. Even though I've only had it since late November, I've had at least three rather strange incidents. On another forum, some joker/loser started a thread (two days after I picked up the car) claiming he owned my car and started answering questions people asked him. On another thread, someone claimed his boss owned my car and that he had sat in it.

And about five weeks ago, I'm parking my car at work and a fellow BMW owner, that I don't know, walks across the lot, gets all bug-eyed and compliments me on the car, and says something like "Next time you're at Building 12, if you need someone to sit in your car, let me know." I also add that the color still looks fantastic to me and it drives great! Thanks for all the additional comments concerning the car/color.

You don't have an eye for color and it's hardly sudden, LSB has been really popular for at least 3 or 4 years.

Thats a color combo that I would have gone with as well. On the 18" OEMS of course.

it's unique but looks odd on the pics. Maybe if i saw it in person but it certainly looked better on the e46. But either way it's unique and if you mod it will be killer!

BMW USA really needs to make M cars part of the individual program. I wanted Imola Red, like my e46, or a Dark Green w/ the saddle leather. I am diggin the LSB, although the only thing that looks "off" IMO is the rear of the car w/ all the bright red tails. Maybe a light smoke on them?

how come he has the chrome accent on the knob for the cars headlights on the left side.. isnt his an 08?.. or did he put that?
