The house bearings are the OEM treated by WPC. We do also use BE by request.

The ARP bolts are higher grade than what is provided in the standard kits you can order online from other vendors.

No need to apologize! We encourage customers to be educated about any and all work being done to their car. The more they know, the better they understand what is needed to be done on our end, what the job entails, and how to avoid a situation (if possible) for the future.

Tom, the owner answered this similar question a couple of pages back. I've included his response post below. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions we can help you with.

Had my bearings among other things replaced by them. (Be bearings and ARP bolts). Can't recommend them enough! Their shop is exactly like the pictures show and they maintained communication through the whole process. I have the space grey e92 m3 towards the bottom of page 12. (63,xxx miles)

Sorry for the delays. All of the PM's and emails have been answered.

We are waiting on a back order from ARP for the rod bolts. They missed their targeted projection for this batch. We should hopefully be seeing them by the end of October we are told. We have 15 sets coming in and 12 are already spoken for. If you want to lock yourself on this list shoot us a message and we'll put you in. They're almost all gone already!

Hey guys! We have finally gotten confirmation on the ARP 625 rod bolts. We are back up and running with the rod bearing service, so let us know when you'd like to get scheduled in!

I haven’t had any work done by AutoCoture, but I have spoken with them on the phone several times and they are more than helpful and customer oriented. So if you decide to use them I don’t think you will have any issues. Hope this helps!

ARP bolts are restocked to the brim. BE bearings we are currently sold out of and are waiting for the next batch. We also just restocked our normal WPC treated bearings.
