When tuners get a hold of the F8X's it's gonna be much worse for non FI cars.

rice rocket !
I think you define that term and use it differently than intended. That is not the definition of a rice rocket. Do you even understand what "rice" refers to? Then again, you were about 10-12 years old when the term was coined and you weren't even driving at the time. I wouldn't expect you to know.

I know! You're cool with me Ezio, even if you are a bit cooky.

P.S. I was driving an E9X ///M car while you were barely graduating high school.

Too bad warranties will likely be voided automatically with these new ECUs and the tune detection will be much more stringent. E9xs with FBOs and tunes in contrast have gotten full engines replaced under warranty and have yet to hear of a case of any warranty denial due to a tune (granted we're only talking 15-20 hp here). If I were buying the M4, there's no way I'd get it tuned unless were out of warranty and if were out of warranty, still only a piggyback, not sure what it would mean for the durability of the engine with real track time, given how parameters are so interrelated. Too much of a risk worth taking for me personally.

I learned pretty early in life that serious modders aren't really concerned with warranty. To be fair, many dealerships sell BMS tunes, so at least where those dealerships are concerned, they are familiar with, and service those cars without issue. In fact, every shop foreman with a turbocharged BMW that I know in So.Cal is running a BMS tune.

Why are you so buthurt?

Everytime I read something from you it has to do with you complaining about something on the new M3/M4.

Let it go already

Is it just me or did the E92 trap at 145mph, while the F80 trapped at 139? Somebody jumped the gun big time.
