Question New to M3...what happened to the roof?

Hi,

I am currently driving a loaded 335i with a lease ending in...last month

As I pretty much don't want to jump into another 335i, I am considering the dream and getting into an M3. However, I remember a year ago there was an option for CF roof without sunroof or regular roof with sunroof. However, the bmwusa site does not show that option.

What am I missing?

thanks

If you're looking at a sedan or convertible, CF roof is not offered. Only on coupes.

CF is standard on the coupe, with a sunroof option. You weren't looking at the sedan were you? Not an option there.

CF roof is only with NO sunroof. If you get the sunroof, it's a normal metal roof.

The moonroof is a no cost option. It is the second choice under the Convenience Options on the BMW web site.

I would go for the CF if I was buying a coupe. I didn't get a sunroof in my sedan because of the headroom.

Go CF!!! I do not miss the sunroof at all, and all my cars in the past had it.

I've always had a sunroof and went with the CF roof on my E92 after sitting in a few and realizing that's it not that bad without it, CF roof looks stunning and the headroom is a tiny bit more.

CF roof for a coupe 100%

There are several companies that make CF roofs that will fit with sunroofs if I remember correctly.
