BBQ Party/Meet at Raja's!!!!!

BBQ/meet at Raja's. Date is August 17th and starts around 1pm until whenever reasonable time. His driveway can accommodate 7-8 cars and another 5-6 on the street (so some car pooling might be needed). Everyone is invited!

We do need volunteers to bring supplies/food/drinks though so let's start a sign up list!

let us know what kind of $ you're looking at here for donation in lieu of bringing supplies and labor. Also please let us know the time. I have to attend a birthday party the same day, so not sure if I can make it.

I will talk to Luc later this week to get an idea how many people are coming, so based on that I can estimate the amount of meat that will need to be purchased. I think Luc also said the meat $$ is covered. I will provide everything else that is not covered in terms of food/snacks. We are starting at 1 Mike and probably will rock late into the night.
