Of that I am aware. I am also aware that one has to pay to play. Seems like this will be a viable long-term solution. I'm sure I'll be fine with my new detailing regimen, and I'll visit this thread periodically to update |

Just ran into the same dilemma with my new catless xpipe and Alpine white paint. I sprayed 91% IPA on my entire rear after washing and you can literally see the yellow residue melt off without touching. Now there are some spots that I had to rub with a couple fingers to agitate but I'd say 85% came off. Before IPA I tried Mothers R3, 3D bug remover, Sonax wheel cleaner full effect, and CarPro Eraser which had little to no effect. I'll probably go back with Nanoskin autoscrub with glide or IPA to get the remaining residue off and seal with some type of wax.

So I had this issue on my wife's AW e70 X5 and that car was 100% stock. Just above the tailpipes on the opening of the bumper, it started yellowing. I tried clay, no luck. Oddly I tried CG's Butter Wax and that removed the yellowing like a charm. After removal, I polished the areas as best as I could w/ a rupes yellow pad and sonax perf. fin. and then ceramic coated. The issue never returned.
