Coding Headlights for LCI to NON LCI Car - possible?

I am trying to code LED headlight to my 2008 328 xi e92 Car.

The headlights plug but not play well.

The Xenons work perfectly, but the turn signals and angel lights flash together very quickly. I will try to get a video to show what is going on.

It isnt the voltage check, this is something else where they actually flash in unison/sync. and wont stop flashing until i turn off the lights.

I would appreciate any input as i dont even know what to look for.

This is a M3 forum. M3's never got the LCI headlights, so you likely aren't going to find your answer here.

That is what i am trying to do, is code the LCI headlights to this car. I cant seem to get around the hyper flashing on all the LED's that have the modules for them. (since there are now like 3-4 tiny ballasts on the headlight itself)
