Swift springs on a E92 with ZCP - won't lower as much?

I want to lower my car, but want to try and keep as much suspension travel as possible. I also have a E92 ZCP, which I know has 10mm lower spring perches. So I'm not too sure what to expect in terms of lowering.

I had the stock ZCP wheels, but recently got in on the APEX EC7 group buy, and with the 18s the car has more fender gap.

After lots of research, I think I've settled on the Swift Spec-R springs here: http://www.redline360.com/swift-spri...e92-e93-4X903R

It says it lowers the front 1.0" and rear 0.7". But I assume this is for non ZCP? What about with ZCP? Should I expect more or less of a drop due to the spring perches? I assume it'll be 10mm lower than this?

Also, do I need to get E36 bump stops front and rear, or just front? With this amount of lowering, plus these bump stops, do I retain about the same amount of suspension travel as stock?

Do I need to worry about rake?

Any other recommendations?

The Swift springs are definitely the way to go. The E36 bump stops are optional and not a must have. Rake will not be a issue so no need to worry about that. The amount of drop is spot to what Swift advertises. My car actually looks lower when I have my 18" track wheels on. Just had someone ask me over the weekend if I got my car lowered (still have my track wheels on from a recent track day)........Phil

Less drop with ZCP, figure .5" drop in front and .25" drop in rear.

So considering the ZCP has lower perches, won't it bit a bigger drop?
