The older AP designs are nothing to discredit. I'd w.o a doubt use if I found a set readily available.

Thanks for the kind words. Can't agree more, its Joe and Performance Tech team who went above expectations to make sure all details on the project were done correctly. Truly professionally run, who treated, and catered to the car as if their own.

Great list of parts, looking forward to the finished article.

Do you have any plans to change the inner camber arm bush on the rear? I've been told the OEM bush is quite weak and I can only imagine you'll be putting more stress on it with all the other suspension work you've done.

No plans at the moment. OEM M bushings are often over-looked in quality. Less is more in many cases. Unless dealing w a high mileage car with tired bushings, don't go overboard

Update:

Slight change from original front sway bar plan, and info for forum members. Dinan adjustable end-links are longer then OEM/KW, there fore could not use. Dinan sway is compatible with KW end links however you loose 3 tier adjustment (something I was not okay with). After some brainstorms with Joe, he suggested E93 OEM front sway. Perfect! 28MM in diameter, OEM quality. No mixing/matching, need to have custom size links made. Just a proper "OEM" finished end result to a hiccup that I completely over-looked. P-Tech team acquired the OEM part next day! No down time, and ready to roll.

Starting to take shape. An unbelievable effort put forth by Joe and entire Performance Tech team.

Some fantastic photos captured by the talented Courtney Cutchen.

I just realized that I never commented on this thread. Great work, car looks awesome!

I would have taken the opportunity to upgrade sway bars while you had the rear sub frame out. That being said, it sounds like you are happy with the OE bars. I went with RD Sport in past and Eibach this time. So far so good with Eibach. You could also consider the inner camber arm bearing upgrade as suggested by others. It seems that bushing caries a lot of load considering the spring and shock are both mounted to that main arm. I went with BW's monoball kit. Hard to say if it made a big difference since I did a bunch of things at once. It's just a lot easier to make those changes with the rear sub-frame out of the car.

Thanks Brett, appreciate the kind words. Direction I chose on the sways is most fitting, and gave an upgraded but OEM peace of mind. To your point, I understand how the inner camber arm bushing could potentially take added stress down the line under extreme punishment. On a higher mileage car, with bushings already worn/ tired I may have considered. Don't believe subframe has to be out for install of these. Rear sway, yes but camber arm bushings are a simple enough area to access.

Car's back in AZ? I was at P-Tech today and bought your Dinan sway bar on a whim! Seen your car in 2017 there as well, just connected the offline and online worlds

Wrapping final pieces up, the car has been in company of truly unbelievable machines.

The support Joe and Performance Tech has given from day 1 of our discussions and plans up till now is above and beyond.

Something tells me this will certainly not be the last visit!

More photos by Courtney who did an amazing job as well documenting the stages of progression, in beautiful fashion! Thank you!

The car is looking good! Amazing how the M2 is looking so stubby compared to an E92... and it is suppose to be the baby M!

It's proportions are in line with the F8X series M4 (which is big to start with). Guess 1M is the true "baby M" as you call it. Appreciate the kind words

Agree, they look fantastic! The Ptech M2 car that you may have seen floating around is truly a masterpiece. The guy's hit a home run on every detail of that car.
