So it looks like my M3 got me in some trouble in Queens, NY. I received a ticket going 59 in a 25, was wondering if you guys know NYC traffic lawyers that can knock these 8 points off to 0 points? text me at 917-703-5665 please!

Knock off 8 points to 0? This doesn't make any sense.

They were shady as could get and I'm not sure if I would reccomend them but Katz got my 32 pts reduced to none. All the lawyer has to do is continuously postpone the decision for 18 months. After 18 months no points can be added to your license guilty or not. Like I said Katz is shady and screwed me out of $500 but meanwhile I probably would have given him an honest $2,000 to do what he did. Call a ton or lawyers and get there insight. You can pm me if you have aby questions

You don't need to be found not guilty, that's what I'm saying. The only difference is if you're guilty or not after the 18 months is the fines you'll pay. Which is like an oil change, doesn't even matter. You need to find a lawyer that will be able to postpone the judgment for 18 months that way you won't incur any points.

No they won't. I'm telling you this as a fact. Your driving record the insurance company uses is pulled directly from your DMV history. Good luck.

Basically, you pay them a couple of hundred and they show up to court on your behalf. If the cop is present then they reschedule, and they keep doing this over and over until one day the cop doesn't show up and the ticket is dismissed. It took my case a year and a half of rescheduling but eventually the cop didn't show and I got out of it. Good luck |
