- James901 (this one had zero posts with an Oct 2020 join date)

- TH868 (this one had 5 posts with a sept 2019 join date, if memory serves me well)

Asking for payment as goods and services or Venmo.. lol

I think I'm being reversed scammed. A member posted a WTB here, so I texted him with pictures of the parts I have, and he wants me to send him the parts before he sends payment. Does that happen on this forum? What's going on in this world?!?

Maybe they are new, I asked about how we should do payment vs shipping when I bought my first item. Just explain about paypal and using the fee and if they are legit they'll understand right away. If not, then you either have an idiot or a scammer.

User th868 reached out to my WTB add offering to sell me some Sportsters and sent a clearly photo-shopped photo of his ID on the seat. Also refused to send selfie pic of himself on seat and refused to use Paypal - only CashApp.
