That’s a lot of fuel lol won’t you need a custom tune? Or is VF doing it for you?

not sure on the part number but here's the ad on ebay

and i plan on going with a BPM tune. i messaged them and they said they could accommodate a tune for these injectors and my other additions no problem

Nice I just might get these too then, along with that new LPFP from fuel it. Should go well with what we are trying to do with full e85

Curious about the fitment of injectors on ESS kits. Currently they are using the Bosch 390 CC injectors. Are they modified at all like previous injectors? If thats the case, then we would need a spacer to run different out of the box Bosch injectors?

im still trying to nail down if they will work though. they physically fit and they connect up fine, its just a question of spray pattern since they don't sit as far down in the combustion chamber since they have shorter tips than oem. im going to test the spray pattern tomorrow and if they're around 7 degrees of spray pattern give or take, then they should work just fine according to Injector Dynamics. I'll give you the update once i test them and then when I get a chance to run them. stay tuned

the ones that I purchased mock up just fine but read my previous post. you shouldn't need any spacer and they should run just fine with the ESS kit but you would need to get a custom tune to run them. the off the shelf map for the ESS kit wouldn't work.

There is no issue with spray pattern. Active uses non machines injectors in their kits as well with no issue.

Sorry to revive an old thread but I’m really stuck. Will Bosch-0280158123-1 work with the VF 540 kit as well? Even though that’s what the 620 uses. I need injectors for my 540kit and I have no idea what to get. This is the only thread with some useful information

Bosch 123 injectors. Get them from southbay fuel injector, he flow matches each injector before shipping them out.
