2015 M3/M4 Order status
Do any of you guys know when the ordering will open up for Canadians? I was the first to pre-order at my dealership. Anyone received any hard dates yet?

The ordering opened up at 2.00 PM january 16th.My order was in the system at 2.00 pm with the acknowledgement printed at 2.01.This was important as only the 1st 15 orders in the system get the Euro delivery & BMW trip for a subsidized cost. This coincided with the Canadian into of the M3/4 at the Montreal Auto Show.

Wtf! Am I being fooled here? I just texted my other sales rep at another dealership. He said the 15 orders for Euro delivery are filled. As for the rest of us, we can build the car we would like, but the order can't be placed yet. Are you sure the rest of us can order them?? Thanks.

You can speak to Terry Nam @ Endras, he is handling my order. I was given an order sheet, and a bill of sale on the same day.

Spoke to my advisor today and he spoke to the two managers there. There are no orders that have been sent to BMW Canada. The 15 spots for European delivery are just preorders, with a spec sheet filled out. All dealerships can create invoices for the cars plus options and give them to the customers but none of them can actually be sent to BMW Canada for ordering. The dealers are just holding onto all these orders and first submissions will be in February. As to which day it is exactly, no one knows yet. Bottom line, they are preorders disguised as actual orders but not explaining to customers that they will put the orders through when the time comes to do so. |
