Life Quality BMW Service: Review

There are many positive and negative reviews of dealerships and SAs all around the NY tri-state area. I originally bought my car from Manhattan, and I serviced at Manhattan. Jia Ho there is definitely awesome, but I have had a bad experience there with Z.Gessey. The most horrible SA I've had ever in my life, treats customers like they are nobody. Just because "you don't drive the most expensive car here" (quoted). One of the best SAs I've ever had was Adam Havriliak from Mercedes Benz Manhattan (back in my AMG days). I've never raised my voice at the dealership and never left a unhappy customer.

Life Quality gets positive and negative reviews, but I've never had an issue there, ever. They try their best to resolve whatever issue my car comes upon. I do suggest them for anyone local. Dan Wallace Jr is my SA there and have never failed me. Most chill guy and best BMW SA i've had so far.

Are u talking about the one in Brooklyn? They don't even know how to how to change transmission fluid on the M3.

yeap. Like I said, i've so far had great experience there with my SA. I think it's your SA and his group of techs.
