Performance Underdrive Pulleys

What are your thoughts on this mod? Anyone here in Australia has this mod on? Any noticeable gains?

Pulleys seem to be a popular mod in the US but I haven't seen or heard of many of Aus M3s with this mod. Just curious to see if anyone has some feedback to share.

I'm looking at the Macht Schnell ones specifically: https://europeanautosource.com/macht...e-pulleys.html

I'll be traveling to the US next week and thought I might take advantage of the Thanksgiving sales there now

Cheers!

I can't give you any feedback yet I'm afraid but i did recently buy a pulley kit and will be installing it in the next couple of weeks. For us non-SC modders I reckon it's a cheap and risk free option for a few extra horses...

Hey... Yep... It's all installed. Went in easily and the shop though it was a great piece of kit. Haven't been on the dyno since but it feels better (even if it is just a placebo!)

Hi all - sorry to dig up an old thread, but I was thinking of trying some performance underdrive pulleys to get some extra hp.
Is anyone using them and what are your thoughts on them? Are they worth it in our cars with the Brake Energy Regeneration system?
I know they are popular in the US, but is that because they didn’t get the BER system?

Thanks for any info...

AFAIK they all have BER. as for performance gains, I've done exhaust, intake, tune and CF driveshaft next year.
