What to look for on a low-mileage E92 M3

I am going to view a 2010 e92 M3 this weekend and I am curious from current owners what I should be looking for during the initial overview. I currently own an '02 e39 540i, and this is my first time looking at the 3-series.

Here are some details about the car:
6-speed manual
Located in Pittsburgh
Manufacture date of 10-28-2009
Mileage: 32,000
Interlagos Blue
Pretty much a fully loaded car (EDC, Cold Weather, Tech Package)
Rod bearings have not been done (owner said with such low mileage there's no need)
Blower motor and pass. airbag recalls have been done

Here are the mods he has done:
Alpine stage 2 tune, carbon fiber front lip, side skirts, rear diffuser, trunk lip, Remmus race exhaust, Rogue Engineering primary cat delete with resonator

The most recent service at 29,500 miles:
Transmission fluid
Oil Change
Differential oil
Michellin pilot super sport
Steering Fluid
Brake Fluid

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I have bought both a lower mileage (34K miles) and higher mileage (85K), both were 6MT, and really the things that stood out to me most were the need of new motor mounts. You may feel some vibration at lower RPMs when shifting gears, so don't freak out too much about that if you feel it. Of course take notes of any warning lights on the dash. I also like to open the oil filler cap after the test drive to look for sparkling metal in the oil, as that would be an almost sure sign of excessive wear and impending damage. Sounds like a really nice example you found. Let us know how it goes !
