nitto nt05 275/35r18 on stock 18's?

will these work? need a set of tires, want to try nitto's and everyone is sold out of the stock 265 sizes.

OEM fronts are 8.5"? I doubt they'd fit anything less than 9" wide wheels. You might even need to go 9.5".

Look at the specs tab, on this page:

Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec (tirerack.com)

One of the columns is "Rim Width Range". I'm guessing they got this info from the manufacturer, in which case you might be able to find it on Nitto's website or from a Nitto distributor. However, it seems unlikely there's much variation between different tires of the same size.
