The person choosing the theme cannot submit to their own contest. For the simple reason that they can pick a theme where they have the best photo and then theoretically continue to win contest after contest.

For example, rodi could've picked the theme "nudez" and then submitted a photo he took of Badger, and probably won. Then picked the next theme as "badgers"... see where I'm going there?

I would refrain from voting in a contest where badger was nude. yes, I think that's the best way of putting it.
