Thanks for the detailed write up. I hope to experience this myself in my lifetime at least once.
Does the E90M3 not include the M driving school like the M5? That would be awesome.

Yes she did although she mostly rode instead of driving. (she could have done so if she wished). At 1st she was kinda hesitant on going and wanted me to go by myself or bring one of my friends but I wanted her to see what the passion for cars and BMW's is all about! So definately take her...she'll thank you later....IF you can pry her out of the driver seat for a seat swap for your turn behind the wheel!

Nice write-up, We just returned from PCD tonight (July 17th). Our Sparkling Graphite M3 Sedan with M-DCT was in the same delivery location you had. The instructors were top notch. Both my wife and I had a nice drift going on the track lapping sessions, the m-dynamic mode is incredible.
The M-DCT in S-5 mode is addictive on downshifts, the instantaneous throttle blip is such a sweet sound. I don't know how many times I shifted from 5-4-3 wait a bit, then 3-4-5... probably put 30 miles on the car looping around the neighborhood.
