Error Codes interpretations Pls..

Can someone pls interpret the below codes pls... i can only find 2B42 which seems like my spark plugs or coils are going bad...anyone know what the rest is?

Looks like there may be some misfires...

But seriously, misfire codes themselves don't point towards any components. You need to have it looked at by a shop with the proper diagnostic software. ISTA-D has test modules to work through this kind of issue so you don't just throw time and parts at it.
