Recommended front suspension

Front struts are on their way out and need replacing.

Car is EDC, and I’m curious what recommendations for a daily driver with the Dinan stage 3 suspension.

Please and thank you

I asked something similar a while back, your choices are oem from BMW or possibly going with the Bilsteins which are compatible with EDC, there is also an option from Bilstein where they offer a module to defeat the EDC and go with fixed valve bilsteins

Forget the Biltein's they are vaporware. No one ever has them in stock.

See this thread..https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1344675

To the OP, just go back to OEM. The stock dampers are actually quite good.

Thanks, I’ll check out some prices.

I’ve been pleased with OEM, it’s usually priced crazy here...

Bilsteins are not up to par, I’d stick with oem BMW “Sachs” dampers

Posting that after I ordered, isn’t that helpful...

Stock EDC dampers are twice the price....

For a daily driver, it should be fine...

I had B8’s and they were so bad that I took them off after a month. Horrible experience with Bilstein and their lack of support.

+1 for OEM, the dinan setup was designed with oem edc struts in mind so I wouldn't mess with it.

Had a talk with the guys at Turner. They’ve had no issues with customers who have bought the B6 with edc..
