CF skirts behind the rear wheels?

I'm trying to find the source of a small CF extension (mini-skirt?) that fits on the lower edge of the quarter panel behind the rear wheels. It gives some continuity between the side skirts and the rear diffuser, although its not attached to the diffuser in any way. I've already searched RW, Turner, ModB, and did lot of search terms and no luck.

I wish I could provide a pic but I didn't have a chance. Anyone know what these things are called and who made them?

Nope. Those are barely visible. These wrapped up the quarter panel by at least an inch, and they were pretty obvious.

I got these, they are hardcore chinese but were around 600 bucks with shipping.

Im just too bothered by the gap between the diffuser a d those squat skirts.

Mine are Gintani but they're prob discontinued by now
