my guess on the surge is that the bpv's are either too small to handle the volume, the springs are too tight or (hopefully not) the valves are in the wrong location. Might be as simple as turning a knob to adjust preload...I'm sure its fixed by now...

This car is MEAN !! It sounds like a 2nd world war Spitfire!! Insane scary wonderfull! The chip is not fully developed yet but the last power I saw was around 400kw on the wheels! Boost I think is around 0,7bar only with standard pump feul. Power should be around 900-1000 Hp at 1,2bar boost. I want to do mine once development is finished!!
