E9x M3 Meisterschaft Super GT (ULW) Track Edition

Our Meisterschaft engineers developed the "must have" exhaust for all track junkies, the Super GT (ULW) Track Edition!

The Super GT exhaust system is designed and tuned to provide maximum performance gain while maintaining a rich powerful performance tone. The Super GT has the largest piping diameter available on the market. The Super GT was built to provide significant weight savings, reduce backpressure as well as heat build-up.

When compared to other Meisterschaft exhaust systems for the E9x M3, the Super GT Track Edition is just as loud as the GT2 Racing exhaust system, but it has a deeper throatier exhaust note. With the Section 1 LX Pipe installed, the Super GT will be significantly louder than the GT2 Racing exhaust for the BMW M3.

Weight Comparison

Our engineers have designed the Super GT (ULW) Track Edition exhaust system to weigh significantly less than the stock exhaust. When we compared our Meisterschaft E9x M3 Super GT to the E92 M3 stock exhaust, the numbers proved weight savings of 40%. Refer to the table below.

Weight Comparison (lbs)
Section 2+3
Stock E92 Exhaust
55.8
Super GT (ULW) Track Edition
33.2
Total Weight Savings
-22.6lbs(40% reduced weight)

Tip Style

Meisterschaft offers 4x83mm (Round Split) quad tips for all Super GT (ULW) Track Edition exhaust systems for the BMW E9x M3

Exhaust Photos and Gallery:

Each Super GT (ULW) Track Edition exhaust system for the E9x M3 includes our optional SR Pipe (Section 2). The SR pipe serves as a connecting pipe. With the addition of the LX pipe, the Super GT (ULW) Track Edition is a complete cat-back exhaust system for your BMW M3 (shown below).

I am weary about the statement "the largest piping on the market" for the m3. This is a car that has PLENTY of pipe diameter and a perfect diameter to keep exhaust velocity fast enough to scavenge which any high revving NA engine really requires, or atleast is needed to perform the best.

Especially putting larger piping at the rear piping and keeping the same stock piping in the rest of the exhaust, you get a sudden increase diamter and subsequent big drop in velocity an thus it does not "suck" the exhaust through the system nearly as well.

If you change all of the piping from the headers back to increase diameter, than you great reduce the scavenging of exhaust out of the headers and thus the cylinders which impede intake flow due to lack of vaccuum.

Unless a car is FI, in which obviously vaccuum and scavenging is pretty irrelevent, keeping the OEM size piping is always ideal. IF you have FI and do big power mods than it is fine and desired to increase piping quite a bit as velocity of flow matters much less.

Also I see that this has challange race x-pipe?

will it be a little quieter if I keep the stock x-pipe? I just want to do the SR connecting pipes sec 2 and the exhaust

I believe this is priced cheaper and comes with the connecting pipes so that makes me want to try this one first and if for some reason I dislike it... (which I doubt) i could always make the switch..

I noticed in the video they are running challenge x pipe so I think that with factory x pipes it should sound a little more toned down.

so torn I hope GTHAUS has some input for us..

I am going for the sound that the corsa put out on my z06 and it sounds like this is what it is !

Looks and sounds incredible.

WAY too much for a daily driver (with Challenge Race)?

I'd like to hear this with your section 1+2 and then the same ( full exhaust 1+2+3 ) but in titanium to see if they sound that different wit full titanium vs full stainless.

It is a muffler delete. Bends and nice looking piping isnt going to affect the sound that much, a custom job would give the same sound, add in some nice tips and youve got this at a fraction of the price.
Im sure this drones like hell
