It takes a lot of things coming together at the same time for something like that to happen. A few of them are:

• an individual or company willing to blow a few expensive S65 motors in the pursuit of that kind of power
• a massive amount of money for forced induction, testing, replacing, labor, and development of new internals to handle the added stress - plus stronger transmission components and drive axles
• months, or even years for testing, development, and more testing

ESS has a 1,000hp build in progress at the moment, but add in the factors above, and progress can be slow.

A pair of Night Furies parked just outside our shop! Most of you recognize the supercharged E46 M3 on the right, but that little gem on the left is a relatively rare bird in the BMW world.

Now this is a familiar face to those of you who have known us for awhile! That matte bodywork and those unmistakable orange HRE wheels are not exactly subtle - not to mention the BMW V10 under the hood of this vicious M6. Check out the color shift!

Another shot of a super-clean BMW E46 M3 that came to us for some major repairs. It is now running like new and ready to go home with its owner! We are always happy to get another great car like this back on the road.

Another one of our favorite BMW M models visited us for a quick oil change! Who are we kidding, we love all the M models, but these are not quite as common as the M3 for example. When is the last time you saw a Z4M up close? Roadster or coupe?

It's not every day you have a trio of M3s like this at your doorstep! Aside from that mint white E46, there is also both an E90 sedan and E92 coupe in for service. Check out those tasty Volk Racing​ TE 37SL wheels and StopTech brakes on the E90!

Here is a closer look at the white E46 M3 from the last post. Those extra-clean OEM details make our day! Of course, we are a shop known for service, repair and performance upgrades, but there is something about a factory-fresh BMW in near-perfect condition that gets under our skin.

Installing another set of BC Racing coilovers on a customer's BMW! This has become one of our favorite suspension systems, in fact we are running the prototype F8x coilovers on our M4. Look for the release of those soon!

Our service department welcomes all BMWs, but the enthusiast inside every member of our staff is always glad to see an M car. A Z4M is not among the more common sports cars, and they are incredibly fun to drive. This one came in on a warm day, which is why you see the A/C condensation on the ground.

Here's a bit of a double throwback for this week! Our supercharged E46 M3 and our current BMW M4, both on Volk Racing​ wheels. This was one of the last shots we got of the E46, and before the SEMA Show build began on the M4 - October 2014.

What you are looking at is about 700hp at the crank of this BMW M6 V10, thanks to a dual G-POWER​ supercharger setup. We have installed several supercharger kits from this company, and the power gains are always impressive!

Last shot of that awesome blue GT3 before the first mod is installed! The owner now has a great upgrade for racing . . . now we just need to convince him to go racing. Either way, it looks fantastic!
