selling the house, but not sure about dirt cheap as I will need money for the next house.

If you are really interested, let me know. We spent about 25k in upgrades in last 6 months and looking into spending about another 20k getting ready to sell it. I rather give the credit to someone If they are interested and let them make the changes they like.

we can still wrap the m3, I sold it to my brother-in-law. he said I can borrow it anytime and he is interested in wrapping it as well.
