Where to get OEM exhaust mod done in SoCal?

I'm looking to get an OEM exhaust mod done on my E90 M3 (4-pipe mod). My muffler is also sagging pretty badly, so if they could fix that in the process it would be a major bonus.

Right on! I'll give them a ring, how much did they charge you guys? From what I've seen the price ranges from $200-$500.

They have a different price between the 2 pipe and 4 pipe mod so give them a call. Somewhere in the $3xx's. It's worth every penny tho

I was quoted last summer about $450 for the 4 pipe mod by Cypress.

Just get a used exhaust for a couple hundred more. If you keep an eye on the for sale section you can find a decent setup for 600-800$ the exhaust mod will drone...not worth it IMO. Exhaust upgrade is one of the most satisfying upgrades on these cars. The sound really come alive u won't regret it.

What I did when I modded my factory exhaust was search around the local exhaust shops that had good reviews via Yelp. I then showed up at the muffler shop with the exhaust uninstalled from the car and in the trunk of my daily. Showed the guy pics of what I needed done and he quoted me $100 and said he'd call me when it's ready.

Muffler shop called me a few hours later and said he had to charge a little more than he quoted ($20 more than originally quoted, so $120 total.)

The shops I did call that were mentioned on this board were all familiar with the mod and were charging $300+.

eas in anaheim used to have stacks of them ready to go. you pay for the muffler, but they may even have a core exchange program.

Which shop did you end up bringing it to? Did you have the 2, 2.5, 4 pipe, or ACM mod done for $120?

I had mine (full bypass) done at European Auto Source. They're a little on the higher end for price but they do quality work and it sounds great. Talk to Kevin, he'll hook you up.

I have one for e90 ready to go for sale. The muffler is also painted black so it looks stealthy. PM me if interested

a 4 pipe should barely drone if at all. a 2 pipe doesn't drone period. ACM method probably would have the most but still not terrible.
