Door car/ Door trim pieces

I'm feeling particularly dumb as I can't seem to find much information on the trim piece, door card piece as indicated in the picture below. PO scratched the item a bit and I'd like to try to replace or repair. While the picture is not mine, it's the same color/ finish as indicated (maybe they all are.

Apologies if this has been covered, I was unsuccessful with my search.

That piece is not removable. It has plastics studs that go through the door panel and then are melted and mushroomed to secure it.

I was able to source an interior trim paint that was a perfect match. I taped everything off, carefully removed the soft touch coating on the trim, sanded it smooth and painted it with a few light coats.

Thanks! Though I was afraid of that. Any chance you can give me some details on the matching paint source?

I don't think I have any left, but will dig around the garage. It was a can I picked up at a local parts store which ended up being undecernable in color difference. It look very close in the store, and after doing a test comparison it was spot on. I think it was an enamel Dupli-Color.

Thanks for looking. It would be nice to have the color code and be able to order online.
