Buying advice: 2011 E92 M3 DCT, 77k miles

Hello all, I am a long time M3 owner having owned 2 E46's and an E36. I am currently looking into a vehicle that is suitable for both street and auto x. There is a E92 in my area which seems to fit the bill and wanted to gather some opinions or things to look at for at the car's current point in life. Below is a cut and paste from the add:
  1. BMW M3 E92 2011 in Mineral White
  2. DCT
  3. 76984 miles
  4. Rod bearings DONE recently
  5. Actuators original
  6. Clean car fax, no accidents, paint work/body work etc
  7. Two-tone red and black interior.
  8. New PSS4 tires
  9. The car has been a CA car it's whole life and currently on it's 3rd owner, the next buyer would be the fourth.
  10. CF roof
  11. Convenience and Premium package 2, Navi, parking sensors. No other options

I believe service records are kept from the 2nd owner which serviced at BMW directly. The 3rd owner has records from local/reputable indy shop. Car is in excellent condition inside and out. Claims to have an extended 3rd party warranty that covers till 110k or year 2022 (will have to confirm this).

Asking is 25k

This sounds like a relatively good deal, especially if the warranty is included in that price. ZCP cars certainly seem to be demanding a premium as these cars get older, but for reference, I sold my 2011 AW E92 M3 ZCP with 84k miles, DCT, CF roof, original bearings and throttle actuators, for $27k back in August. Best of luck with your search!

The throttle actuators WILL go so budget for that accordingly.

You can get OEM ones from FCP Euro with a lifetime warranty for about $1500. (Not sure what the warranty will cover or if it's transferable...did the warranty cover the rod bearings?)

Get a pre-purchase inspection and then make an offer. If you like this spec and it's worth it to you, then go for it.
