One issue I had down the road with the rear bumper that I'm finally fixing. After 4-6 weeks, the fusion between the two bumpers started to flex and shrink. I ended up with a humped line the entire length of the bumper. The shop now seams hesitant to try and sand it and repaint so they're going to float and level the entire bumper now. If it start the happen to you, I'd give it a good two months and let it settle out before addressing it.

Good to know I hope that doesn't happen to me but it does make sense. What process did they do to mold the two bumpers together?

Still a lot of work ahead and minor things to fix but for now here's the exterior not 100% done. Will get to everything after moving over everything from the donor to the wagon.

It's really looking great! Honestly I love it without tint. I thought about removing mine or at least removing the front windows and leaving the rear. Paint looks killer and all the panels fit well. This is not a bolt on conversion so props to you and the team that helped you.

Me too! I love the no tint look so just like my other cars I'm going to be just clear ceramic tinting my windows. I appreciate the feedback and yes we decided if we're going to do this we're going to do it properly from the beginning.

So the car is at Precision Dynamics in Costa Mesa. Mike told me he'd get the motor pulled before I came to pick up my other car from an oil change. Well, the mans the real deal no bullshit lol. Pulled everything out plus started installing the pedals for the manual tranny and couple other things before I came to pick up my car for the oil change. Here's there shop info just in case you guys want some work done from them.

Precision Dynamics
3198 Airport Loop Dr Ste H-2 Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Oh also, if you know anyone who needs a 328i motor and tranny, let me know.

Checked Mike's YT channel yesterday, and the S65 is in the wagon.

I thought I would update this thread for those curious

Here's an update for those curious. I am not the owner but a fellow E91 328i RWD 6MT owner. The car is being swapped at this shop and they have some great videos detailing the mechanical and wiring work involved.
