Price check: 2003 Carbon Blk/Blk SMG Coupe 107k miles

Looking for something to deflect miles off of my E90 M3 to eventually turn into a track rat. Found one that I have to fly to and drive 7 hours home so need some insight.

2003.5 M3, SMG, cold weather package, 107k miles
- Carbon black over black leather
- no navigation

History:
- 1 accident on the car fax, evidence of paint work via a paint line on the rear right quarter which is barely noticeable
- current owner is 3rd owner (1st owner lease for 2 years, second owner was female downtown city driven, current owner purchased at 60k miles and now for sale at 106k miles

Mods:
- status gruppe suspension, superspring headers and high flow cats, Turner urethane RTABs
- power chips tune
- urethane sub frame bushings and diff bushing
- turner weld in sub frame with foam performed by the owner. Pictures look like it was done well, but hard to tell.

Maintenance:
- inspection 2 performed at 60k with brakes, power steering flush, a new control arm
- clutch slave cylinder in June 2011
- new SMG pump in July 2011
- tie rod end replacement
- valve cover gaskets
- power steering pump
- VANOS solenoid and valve body July 2019
- new floor mats in 2019

I have the option of OEM 19s or square APEX 18x9.5. Tire condition is unknown.

The car looks pretty good and I can post photos later. Please help me on price. I think it's priced decently at $9,500 but i have to buy a one way flight and travel. Lets discuss, please!

I was guessing 13k before I got to the price. Illinois / harsh winter car makes this lower I guess.

Screaming deal.

Good deal at thAt price.. that spray line would drive me crazy.. beware of that smg tranny as I had a buddy with one and had all kinds of little issues

I bought it.

Previous owner worked in Detroit at GM as an engineer. He provided me every single receipt and piece of documentation (both window stickers) like we all love to see.

The paint line is there and not a single person has mentioned it when unveiling the car.
