AFR bung placement?

I’m going to be installing an AEM AFR gauge and curious as to what’s the best pace to put the bung? I was thinking close to the pre-cat? Any info will help!

And yes I know about the P3 or Awron and how it’s much simpler but I’m not looking at that at the time being, I will get a P3 eventually to look at my temps and the other little goodies.

But for now I’m looking for the bung placement.

Thanks, that’s what I read too but just wasn’t sure if there was a good spot for it on our cars exhaust system.

Just need a good location which allows for clearance.
