I think my rod bearings may have gone out on me. Looking for a good shop in the SF Bay Area.

I was at Performance Technic's new location yesterday and if I recall correctly they quoted the $2xxx range with WPC coated parts. I was just asking out of curiosity.

Car won't start, starter clicks once and nothing. Engine is likely dead....

Taking my car to a shop but want to flash it back to stock. I have a BPM Tune, can anyone guide me through the process?

Talk to Mike at BPM. You need to have the stock files, process is the same as installing the tune.

Hm for my E46 M3 in the past that was a dead starter, not a dead motor.. Just won't start up?

It died while on power, while driving. I'd take that though.

Like an idiot I make deleted my 240e file. I'll call Mike in the morning. Thx!

Good luck with the diagnosis. I really hope it's just a dead starter and not a dead motor. Would be a crazy coincidence with engine dying while power was on though...
