I think "okay, ill just pop it back on!"

"Okay, now I need a new mirror I" think to myself...but this warrants further investigation. So I try again....
"Crackkkk"
....There goes my windshield. Damn. Guess its off to Safelite ASAP.

So....never again will I mirror mount on a rain sensing type mirror. Expensive lesson.
Sorry to hear about that. I did a BlendMount on my e92 with rain sensor windshield without any trouble.

Mine is broken like that as well. Doesn't seem to affect how the boot fits in the console.

Mine just popped out :/

Was having trouble fitting the ring back in since it kept flexing so had to use the glue.
