Stange noise at startup

I've been noticing lately a strange noise when starting my car. It kind of like a loud squeak almost like a belt slipping. Its only immediately following when I pres the start button. It's not all the time but it seems like its only when the car has been sitting for awhile so its a cold start.

Any ideas or anyone with previous experience?
