I was sold on them when I saw a white one installed on a white car...it just looked right....go to the car dealer called destination motorsports web page (they're in Oregon), and check out the '08 E92 they have for sale...very tasty

I think it.. sort of.. works with the entire Hamann E92 kit. I know some people are big fans of the german tuner bodykits.

I guess if you want to add extra stuff to your car so you can find it at meets among the sea of other black E92's, go for it. A shame they don't have antennas on cars anymore or a $0.50 antenna-topper could do the same thing.

I am thinking of one myself and I never thought I would. My reason though is a little different. I want it to hide the bubbles in my window tint at the dots on the top of the rear window.

Not strong feelings either way, but think the Schnitzer one looks best from what I've seen. Not as gaudy as the Hamann.

Wasn't that a relatively popular trend for American cars? I think a few BMW guys jumped on the bandwagon in the 90s as well IIRC. Louver? Louvres? No idea what these are called.

Can't see it making a comeback. Maybe on a Ford/GM.
