Anybody have an Avery Dennison Nanofusion clear bra?

Had it installed on my M3 a few days ago. A friend has the 3M and on the bumper it comes up just shy of the lights.

However, you can see how mine looks in the post below.

The place that did it is one of the more reputable places in town and the installer told me it was because of the curve of the bumper. But, my friend's does not do that.

My big concern, beyond the stupid line I can see, is that I already have a rock chip in the uncovered area. If it leaves 1.5" of exposed paint and I track it, I'll probably get more damage and wind up respraying the bumper.

So does anyone else have this clearbra on an M3? I have called Avery Dennison but still haven't heard back.

Spoke with a rep from Avery. Apparently it's just the way the template is designed since the computer does the cutting.

But, she also said that my gap is far more pronounced than most, which are typically inside of 1/2" from the light.

Now I have to go back and see what the shop is willing to do.

So does ANYONE have a clear bra on the front with this kind of gap?

not sure about this, but I've heard of horror stories about these templates leaving pretty big areas still exposed
