Denver / Colorado: Emissions question

Hey all, wanted to see if anybody had any experience yet with getting emissions tested with the updated regulations in Colorado...

I have a Akrapovic evolution system on my e92, and wasn't certain if it'll pass with it having the high flow secondary cat and just wanted to see if anybody else has a similar setup and what their results were in CO. Trying to gauge if I will need to go through the headache of changing the midpipe for a few weeks or not to get my emissions done next year.

Cheers!

Has the vehicle been passed before? The best action is to try and hit the road sensors assuming you're able to get two readings before the 60 day mark. You just pass through a and feather throttle. Hopefully you get a passing mark in the mail. I was successful with test pipes and high flow secondaries with this approach.

Now I just registered the car in Eagle county at family's place which doesn't do emissions.

Oh that's brilliant, thank you for the idea!! I'll give that a go and hope I get lucky...i've never really had a ton of luck getting through them in the proper time frame...but I'll make sure to be deliberate with that this year.

Car has passed emissions in the past, but not with the current setup as I only did it last June.

Very much wish I had it registered at my aunt's up in Estes so I too would be free of emissions issues...but here we are. lol
