P052B Code

Guys I tried cleaning my intake Vanos solenoid and the code keeps popping up on cold start everytime, use to only randomly come on at cold start now after cleaning it comes on everytime at cold start, but you can always restart and code goes away till the next cold start? Went ahead and bought another intake Vanos. The solenoids have 86k on them so they are probably due for replacement. Is it something else, hope not?

Did you ever figure out the problem with solving this code?
