Exhaust Upgrades and State Inspections

Seems like a lot of guys here have exhaust upgrades. In states like California with emissions inspections every three years (and when you buy/sell), how you have you guys been dealing with this and passing? I assume if you delete the primary cats you're an automatic fail, but thats where most of the performance gains are coming from. Is there a work-around for keeping your exhaust and passing emissions?

In California, high flow catalysts or "sport" catalysts are not allowed to be used on public roads.

I have long since abandoned doing the whole switcharoo on the exhaust systems after I got pulled over and REF'd in California.

Be careful out there!

We have a lot of exhaust options that ARE legal in California. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
