I too love the performance center... Went there for the 2-day M5 school and had an absolute blast.
Terrific to see they're still doing it right, minus the manual thing (all the M5s at the time were manual). Thanks for sharing and great pics to help tell the story!

By all means, if you can make the trip to the PC it will be a memorable experience. I hope that your father opts to do that. Quote:

The last post ITT was over three years ago and few if any may care about the M3 that has been a tremendous pleasure to own and drive. For what it's worth, the built-to-order 2012 MY unit now has 42.5k miles, has delivered so many grins that I feel like a serial sinner, has elicited many comments from an assortment of individuals, but throughout has given me no reason to wonder whether I had purchased the wrong car. Your mileage may vary, but to me, in one or more ways, cars are like companions on which one places a premium for certain attributes. While I've had many cars, this one stands out for both performance and reliability and has failed miserably at disappointing...thankfully so. No buyer's remorse here. The only question is this: Should I look around for another similar model to or be content with just one of the magnificent E92 M3 models? I know, that's a first world problem too be sure, but is there a better problem to have? The image posted below from the IEOTY (international engine of the year) serves to remind me of what is the masterpiece under the hood of the E9x M3. Words fail me to adequately describe my appreciation of this engine. Long live the S65B40! Thanks ///M Division!
