Apex arc-8 clubsports clearance
Hi,
Just wanted some confirmation that apex arc-8 front 18x9.5 +22 rear 18x10.5 +27 will clear kW clubsports without any spacers? I will probably run 265-40-18 front and 285-35-18 rear pss tyres. I've already bought 10mm spacers and kW clubsports (3weeks wait in uk) but I hate how spacers always numb the steering and if I still can't get on with them I just wanted to be sure I have a second option. I'm running arc-8 18x10 +25 square at the moment and if am right the fronts should have around 9mm more inner front clearance. Thanks

Clubsports install for me in a couple of weeks, and I'm going with the Eibach front spring conversion solution straightaway. Read here -- http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=973188
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...8&postcount=34 Not sure about 265 on an 18 x 10 ET25 up front. Going to be (perhaps uncomfortably) close. 275 on an 18 x 10 E25 up front definitely won't work without spacers or the Eibach conversion. "Think" you're ok in the rear with that sizing. Front Eibach springs are $190. Small % of the price of the Clubsports, and worth it to be able to run wide rubber up front without spacers I'd say. Part # Eibach 140-60-0090

265/35/18 not 265/40/18 in the front. You will clear with the 265's on 9.5 et22 wheels

You think ARC 8 will clear a Performance friction BBK 4 piston.
I think it is 371 MM

9.5 +22 fits fine. It's the 10" front that becomes a slight problem requiring a 5mm spacer.

Just like Slicer said you're good... this is my exact setup for wheels in the front and I run 295 in the rear (Pilot Sport Cups) with no issues 9,5F and 10,5R same offsets and I have a ST60 BBK 380mm not an issue either

Cool cheers
I might do the eibach spring as slicer had linked me before but actually forget about it What is the actual product code for the springs?? I can't get any PSS in 265-35 over here, I'll look again though but I think the eibach spring is probably the option I'll go for. Thanks again

Good day
I'm running the identical rim setup from Apex with 295s in the rears and 275s in the front G-force Rivals... probably the meatest tires out there for street/track big shoulders on them. Ground control camber plates and Ohlins road and track coilovers. Absolutely Zero issues on the track and big bumps on the street. Quote:
